SUDBURY GOLF CLUB welcomes visitors and Societies and offers
full use of all facilities of the club but only on the following terms and
conditions :-
1.
All players must
be to an acceptable standard of play and either possess an EGU/Club Handicap
Certificate or be guaranteed by the Society Secretary to play to a handicap of
not more than 28.
2.
The standard Rules
and Etiquette of Golf must be observed on the Course. Any daily restrictions
are displayed on the notice board outside the Professional Shop.
3.
Visitors are
responsible for all personal belongings left in the Clubhouse or any part of
the Club premises or Course. The Club cannot accept any responsibility for any
loss, theft, accident or damage to cars parked on or adjacent to the premises,
nor for any personal property left in parked cars. The Club does not carry any
insurance for any accident to, loss or theft of personal property.
4.
Visitors are
required to comply with the Clubs Dress Rules, as applied to Members namely:-
Jacket
and tie must be worn in the Main Lounge and Dining Room. In very warm weather,
smart casual wear may be permitted, if a Notice to this effect is displayed in
the foyer.
The
Sun Lounge and Off-course bars are available for visitors in golfing apparel.
On
the course, visitors will maintain an acceptable level of dress. In warm
weather, tailored shorts are allowed but only when worn with knee length socks
or white sports socks.
Jeans
are not allowed either on the Course or in the Clubhouse.
Spikes
will not be worn in the dining room, lounge or foyer.
Mobile
phones may only be used in the car park.
SECRETARIES ARE ASKED TO
INFORM THEIR MEMBERS OF THESE REGULATIONS AS THEY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
5.
Sudbury Golf Club
will give a prize of a voucher entitling the holder to 1 x 4 ball
free of charge by arrangement.
6.
SETTLEMENT OF
ACCOUNT IS TO BE MET ON THE DAY OF THE MEETING.
